when you make an order with acceptance of your payment you can't cancel it because the server will send the download link automaticly by doing do this action we can't stop it. in addition if the operation disapproved the order will be cancel automaticaly.
Since istockplus.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order has been completed and the product has been downloaded. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any product at our sites. Nevertheless, we realize that exceptional circumstances can arise with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor refund requests on the following grounds:
- irreparable defects or malfunctioning or poor quality inherent to the product; this reason is to be submitted to our support's approval.
